Job Description

This position will be in charge of customer services delivery to assigned clients and contribute to the achievement of renewal target of the team and efficiently promoting cross-selling and/or up-selling to achieve targets

Responsibilities

  • Provide the highest level of customer service to assigned clients, including local and high-end medical plan and strickly follow Broker Manual.
  • Be responsible for day-to-day client interaction and follow up to support the client relationship and ensure a smooth client journey including but not limit to:
  • Placement cycle: designing/obtaining of quotations, explaining insurance terms/conditions, making quotations comparison and giving recommendation to clients
  • Contract management: preparing communication documents and deliver presentation for client, manage adjustments and prepare preriodically claim report during the insured year
  • Claim support: Providing guidance and assistance for individual clients (insured person) for insurance coverage and claims preparation, submission and resolution; escalating claim disputes to manager for guidance and support
  • Work closely with Team Leader to resolve issues specific to the area of focus and identify opportunities for increasing the value of the service to the client(s)
  • Promote the cross-selling and/or up-selling with every renewal client
  • Support Account Manager/ Team leader in preparation for bids and tenders
  • Actively participate in projects of WTW
  • Other tasks assigned by Head of department and the Company

Qualifications

Requirements:

  • University degree
  • Computer Literate, MS-Word, Excel, Power Point
  • At least 02 expe'rience in insurance industry or HR services (specialized in C&B)
  • High integrity, Initiative and critical sense ownership
  • Proactive, Strong customer management skills
  • Client-oriented, innovative and critical sense
  • Good presentation and negotiation skills
  • Be able to work under high pressure
  • Long-term commitment
  • Fluent in English & Vietnamese
