Job Description
This position will be in charge of customer services delivery to assigned clients and contribute to the achievement of renewal target of the team and efficiently promoting cross-selling and/or up-selling to achieve targets
Responsibilities
- Provide the highest level of customer service to assigned clients, including local and high-end medical plan and strickly follow Broker Manual.
- Be responsible for day-to-day client interaction and follow up to support the client relationship and ensure a smooth client journey including but not limit to:
- Placement cycle: designing/obtaining of quotations, explaining insurance terms/conditions, making quotations comparison and giving recommendation to clients
- Contract management: preparing communication documents and deliver presentation for client, manage adjustments and prepare preriodically claim report during the insured year
- Claim support: Providing guidance and assistance for individual clients (insured person) for insurance coverage and claims preparation, submission and resolution; escalating claim disputes to manager for guidance and support
- Work closely with Team Leader to resolve issues specific to the area of focus and identify opportunities for increasing the value of the service to the client(s)
- Promote the cross-selling and/or up-selling with every renewal client
- Support Account Manager/ Team leader in preparation for bids and tenders
- Actively participate in projects of WTW
- Other tasks assigned by Head of department and the Company
Qualifications
Requirements:
- University degree
- Computer Literate, MS-Word, Excel, Power Point
- At least 02 expe'rience in insurance industry or HR services (specialized in C&B)
- High integrity, Initiative and critical sense ownership
- Proactive, Strong customer management skills
- Client-oriented, innovative and critical sense
- Good presentation and negotiation skills
- Be able to work under high pressure
- Long-term commitment
- Fluent in English & Vietnamese
