Permate Global is a B2B SaaS Performance Partnership platform providing a solution that helps our advertiser customers create Affiliate Programs to operate, track, allocate commissions and campaign statistics. Job description:
- Analyze customer needs to proactively find, approach and exploit potential customers using the Company's services.
- Build, manage and develop customer relationships.
- Promote contract signing, negotiation and implementation of contract signing procedures with customers.
- Complete contracts and support the customer payment process.
- Continuously contact support, listen to customer feedback about the Company's services quickly and promptly.
- Coordinate with the technical department in identifying, reporting and resolving technical problems that arise when customers use the service;
- Develop and implement Marketing strategies with the project's Marketing team to build the Company's brand to customers.
- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports on work status.
Requirement:
Knowledge:
- Understanding the Affiliate Marketing market is an advantage
- Knowledge of Web/App products and services, B2B SaaS services
- Have knowledge of sales and customer care processes.
- Have knowledge in the field of business development, customer care, B2B Sales or equivalent experience.
- At least 1 year of experience working in Sale SaaS Platform/Business Development in Technology companies and SaaS services.
- Proficient in English (listening, speaking, reading, writing), equivalent to Ielts 6.0
- Ability to build and develop cooperative working relationships with customers and partners. Have a wide network with companies and individuals related to affiliate marketing needs, marketing advertising to find customers
