We are looking for Cluster Assistant Recruitment Manager - Melia Vinpearl Central Vietnam
Mission:
Oversees the hiring process, designs recruiting procedures and be responsible for monthly recruitment for 6 hotels in the Central. Ensure compliance with labor legislation, track recruiting metrics, and implement sourcing methods to attract qualified candidates.
Main responsibilities:
Makes the request to cover hotel vacancies and ensures their publication (internal and external) in the appropriate recruitment sources depending on needs. Screens candidates following the policies and procedures defined by HRHS.
Recruit & selects operational HoDs together with Hotel Managers and supports the HR Manager in the selection of candidates for the Executive Committee of the OC.
Be responsible for scanning and recruiting all general staff.
Be responsible for recruiting the Interns for all departments. Maintain and build up relationship with School and University
Monitors recruitment KPIs and other Recruitment Reports.
Main requirements:
- University degree, preferably Tourism or Hospitality, or similar.
- At least 1-2 years in same positions
- Excellent English skill in both
- Development of management tools and processes, as well as improvement of KPIs.
- Knowledge of hotel operations.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Problem-solving skills.
- Ability to lead a team.
