Job Description
The opportunity
This role reports to Regional Manager to manage sales support activities; join the process of training and coaching all bankers in term of products, skills and operation; ensure smooth business planning and strategy execution.
Responsibilities
- Sales Support Management:
- Drive productivity KPI of TCB: #calls, %conversion rate, active ratio
- Work with Bankers, Branches, CM for target alignments, monthly/weekly Action Plans of Telesales Activities and focus to drive production.
- Provide Bankers to improve selling skill
- Join bankers in their meet to customers to accelerate production with significant cases and to find gaps (if any) in bankers sales skills for further training.
- Lead, manage, supervise, and support all sales activities in Branch of TCB, including but not limited to: lead management, sales funnel supervision
- Business Operation and Customers Services
- Training & Coaching:
- On-job training of insurance & knowledge for all bankers in term of products, skills and operation.
- Conducts enhanced/refresher workshops of products, skills and sales procedures with topics specifically tailored for telesales staff.
- Conduct coaching sections with prioritized caller on Banca products and sales to improve performance by accessing and grouping by competence levels.
- Support bankers to for weekly goal setting and activities planning
- Business Planning & Strategy Execution:
- Implement the launches of business strategies and initiatives to foster sales in every segment in Branches.
- Update and communicate for bankers new contests, campaigns (if any) from TCB HO.
- Update regular tracking performance report for upper management (daily hot sales, weekly /bio-weekly).
- Monthly review on quality report (active ratio, case/per active, case size).

What We Are Looking For
- Education: College/ University Degree, majoring in Business Administration, Marketing, Banking, etc.
- Experience: at least 2 years of sales management experience in insurance or banking businesses.
- Experience: At least 1 year of Training skill experience in insurance or banking businesses
