We're looking for a proactive and results-driven Cold Email Manager to drive our outreach efforts in the US tech recruitment market.
Goal:
Your primary target is to secure at least two business meetings per week for our tech recruitment sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ownership of Cold Email Channel: Manage the full cycle of our cold email outreach process.
- Target Audience Definition: Collaborate with the lead generation team to define and acquire a qualified contact list for outreach.
- Email Flow Design & Optimization: Develop and continually optimize cold email sequences to increase open rates, response rates, and meeting bookings.
- A/B Testing: Conduct A/B testing on email copy, subject lines, and send times to improve campaign effectiveness.
- Tech Setup Coordination: Ensure proper setup and maintenance of email domains, servers, and relevant technical infrastructure to maximize deliverability and avoid spam filters.
- Reporting & Analytics: Monitor key metrics (open rates, click-through rates, meeting bookings) and report campaign performance to management, suggesting improvements.
- Compliance & Best Practices: Ensure compliance with email marketing regulations (such as GDPR, CAN-SPAM) and follow industry best practices to avoid blacklisting.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align messaging and feedback loops for better lead targeting.
Requirements:
- Experience: At least 4 years of experience managing cold email campaigns, preferably in the tech recruitment or similar industries.
- Technical Expertise: Understanding of the technical side of email marketing (e.g., domain setup, deliverability strategies).
- Analytical Mindset: Strong ability to track, analyze, and improve email campaign performance.
Preferred:
- Recruitment Industry Experience: Knowledge of the US tech recruitment market is a significant advantage.
- English Fluency: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
