Job Description
Sales Apprentice
REPRESENTATIVE ACTIVITIES: Activities and duties will vary depending upon the functional area assigned. Activities may include, but are not limited to:
- Forecasting Monthly Forecast review and update
- IBR submission and monitoring
- New program heads up with forecast to Operations team
- Forecast update for Fast Response Unit (FRU) plan
- Ad-hoc Material shortage coordination
- Admin Sales Contract, Annex, Compliance documents update, consignment contracts
- Fix wrong price issue (revise price/ credit)
- Support on payment collection
- Weekly visit report
- Sample preparation for new development /customer presentation
- Avery Dennison Experience (ADX) room maintenance and newness sample preparation
- Courier arrangement for sending parcel
- Fill in vendors doc. compliance, supplier form etc
- Sales Contract for T3 &T4 (including discussion if customer do not accept our template)
- Travel & Expense submission
- Verify issue by internal report
- Ops Planning (FRU Ops & Sales meeting / war room meetings)
- Review material schedule/ material shortage / over forecast
- Follow up urgent orders / short lead time orders
- Product quality issues and corrective actions
- Meeting or discussion with Ops about material / urgent orders arrangement
- Product data checking & PD
- Urgent order coordination when internal team can not meet customer's expectation
- Follow shipment end to end when supporting team are not reachable
