Commercial Director

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborating with Supply team to create and execute commercial strategies to accelerate growth.
• Studying industry trends and creating an effective business plan based on commercial opportunities.
• Analyzing the business performance, including the profitability, revenue, pricing, and cost of goods sold
• Managing budgets, expenses and pricing and commercial arrangements
• Leading role in advising around pricing for commercial contracts
• Driving efficiencies to ensure contracts remain financially viable and delivered on budget
• Supporting the Sales and Marketing department by analyzing commercial opportunities
• Managing the performance of commercial activities and preparing sales reports/forecasts
• Establishing relevant business KPIs for the company to track.
• Developing partnerships with key stakeholders aimed at accelerating the company's growth.

Qualifications:

• Graduated with Pharmacist/Doctor, Marketing with an MBA or related Degrees
• Minimum 8 years of proven experience as a commercial director or in other relevant roles in the pharmaceutical industry
• In-depth knowledge of leadership skills, and commercial management in healthcare
• Solid knowledge of performance & forecast reporting
• Ability to identify issues and areas for improvement through analysis
• Ability to manage both internal and customer relationships
• Advanced negotiation, influencing and stakeholder management abilities
• Excellent numeracy skills
