The Commercial Leader, Vietnam for Radiometer has the overall responsibility for the business in Vietnam. This is an innovative and exciting new role in Vietnam, created to support a significant Danaher project to deliver growth for all operating companies in the SEA region and specifically Vietnam for this role.
This position is part of the commercial SEA team which is a part of the High Growth Markets (HGM) Region located in Vietnam. At Radiometer, our vision is to improve global healthcare with reliable, fast, and easy patient diagnoses.
You will be a part of the SEA team and report initially to the General Manager, Diagnostics Vietnam and will be responsible for the overall commercial operations for Radiometer in Vietnam. If you thrive in a fast paced role and want to work to build a world-class commercial organization-read on.
In This Role, You Will Have The Opportunity To
- Shape, recruit and lead team of employees (sales, service, marketing, applications)
- Work with Danaher lead for Vietnam and other OpCo managers to deliver results for the group, collaborating wherever possible for best outcomes
- Recruit, retain and develop results driven team across all direct functions
- Responsible for overall management of all Channel Partners, Customers and product groups: blood gas, immunoassay, transcutaneous, sampler and POC-IT
- Ensure sales goals/forecasting/OPEX/revenue objectives are met through implementation of performance objectives programs, policies and key messages
The Essential Requirements Of The Job Include
- Degree in Business/Marketing or preferably a scientific/medical background, combined with strong commercial experience. Masters degree would be a bonus
- 10+ yrs. sales, marketing, training, corporate accounts and sales/general management experience in medical capital equipment.
- Proven experience in developing innovative sales strategies and leading both direct sales force and channel routes to market.
- Results driven, proactive and a systematic, problem-solving oriented way of thinking.
- Interpersonal skills and leadership qualities to build and lead a cohesive, focused, and motivated team with highly developed communication skills and ability to work effectively in global and cross operating company structure
- Demonstrate strong strategic and analytical skills as well as solid business acumen, experience in P&L management and growth achievements.
- An individual of high personal integrity, humility and ethics with uncompromising standards and drive a compliant culture internally and externally.
