Job Description
Focus on commercial leasing for both office and retail asset classes to maximize occupancy and revenue for office properties.
Deep understanding of the commercial real estate market, and in commercial leasing process, contracts, and terms.
Work and maintain relationships with tenants, brokers, and stakeholder.
Responsible for finding new tenants suitable to achieve owner's objectives, which includes maximizing revenue and improving building occupancy.
Required to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, acting as a liaison between internal departments including Project.
Development, Property Management, Investment, and Marketing teams.
Conduct regular market research to assess competition, pricing, and occupancy.
Prepare reports and presentations for senior management for decision-making.
Prepare all leasing documentation from Commercial terms & conditions, Deal analysis, Offer To Lease, Lease Agreement and other relevant documentation.
Source for tenants independently and with agencies. Bringing tenants for site visits and follow-through to negotiate and close leasing contracts.
Work with internal system to update data and manage the leasing system.
Work closely with other team members to provide timely and accurate leasing information to make sure smoothly leasing activities.
Assist the direct superiors in achieving the department's business goals.
Perform other duties as required.
Required qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field
Required working experience
At least 5-7 years of experience in commercial real estate leasing with a focus on office spaces
Required languages
Good at English
Required knowledge and skills
Strong on negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
Proficient in relevant software and tools (MS Office). Experience with SAP systems is a plus
