A Commercial Manager has to :
+ Organize the team to meet the commercial targets:
Developed Sales
Sale volume
Gross Profit (GP)%
GP/min
WKN - Supplier
Personnel cost/GP
Inventory (Value of Inventory for both free stock and product)
+ Manage client relationships, identifying opportunities for new contracts.
In order to reach these targets, starting since the conception of the collection, the commercial member must identify the right QUALITY (coherent with the consumer price target) suitable to customer needs of the market segment; the right efficient COST and Improve the SPEED to the market by accelerating strongly the Scavi High added value Services Triangle to reach the right defined Quality-Cost-Speed.
II/Profile of the candidates
Fluent in English (fluently in speaking, writing, reading)
Management experience required (at least 3 years)
Price calculation experience
Product sensibility
Deeply autonomous and pro-active, capable of working in a challenging environment.
Good connection skills (coordination with others department), connecting with different ideas, dealing with issues, concrete targets and important deadlines.A
