Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and lead the planning team to develop comprehensive communication strategies.
Mentor team members, providing guidance and support to foster a collaborative and innovative environment.
Liaise with account departments to receive and accurately interpret client briefs, ensuring alignment with client objectives.
Oversee the creation of detailed customer journey maps and ensure alignment with client objectives throughout the marketing funnel.
Develop long-term and short-term content strategies, including direction, angles, and detailed posts, on a weekly, monthly, or quarterly basis.
Collaborate closely with creative, account, and social media teams to ensure cohesive and effective communication across all channels.
Guide the social media writing team in executing content strategies that align with overall marketing goals.
Ensure all content aligns with the brand's voice and objectives while maintaining high creative standards.
Monitor and analyze content performance, making data-driven recommendations for adjustments and improvements.
Oversee the assessment of campaign data, ensuring that performance metrics are met and client expectations are exceeded.
Provide overall performance summary reporting and insights to clients, using the information to inform future communication strategies.
Review all KPI documents before client review to ensure goals and measurements are clear and aligned with the strategy.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve content strategies.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
Proven experience in a communication management role within an agency setting.
Strong understanding of social media platforms, content strategies, and digital marketing.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong leadership abilities with experience in team supervision and mentorship.
Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Proficiency in content management systems and social media analytics tools.
Preferred Skills:
Experience with influencer marketing and digital advertising.
Strong organizational and project management skills.
Creative mindset with a strategic approach to problem-solving.
