Compliance Officer

Job Description

• Coordinate with Korea HQ to implement compliance activities, oversee legal compliance
• initiatives, develop and review company policies, and conduct employee education on
• regulations and procedures;
• Monitor legal changes and provide recommendations for company compliance, including
• conducting compliance checks, managing training programs, addressing emerging issues, and
• revising policies as needed;
• Provide detailed reports to Korea HQ regarding the company's compliance with laws and
• internal regulations;
• Develop and implement effective action plans in response to audit findings and compliance
• breaches;
• Conduct regular audits of company procedures, practices, and documents to identify potential
• weaknesses or risks;
• Address employee concerns regarding legal compliance;
• Establish a compliance resource library for staff reference;
• Perform other compliance-related tasks as assigned by management.

Qualification

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in risk management or compliance officer roles in a multinational corporation (MNC);
• A Bachelor's degree in law, finance, business management, or a related field;
• Good knowledge of legal requirements and procedures;
• Understanding of regulations and compliance standards;
• Ability to research and analyze regulation and reporting.

Requirement

• Brilliant oral and written communication skills (both English & Vietnamese); Korean writing
• and speaking are a big plus;
• Strong public speaking and presentation;
• Excellent analytical skills and ability to accurately interpret complex documents and policies, time management and organizational skills, and ability to meet deadlines;
• Highly ethical, discreet, and able to maintain confidentiality.
• Superior attention to detail to identify and correct risky practices;
• Possess a collaborative personality and be open to suggestions from team members;
• Proficient with MS Office applications.
