Job Summary
The Compliance Control Specialist is responsible for ensuring compliance control, identifying systemic inadequacies, potential risks or loss of control, and proposing thorough solutions. or minimize the impact to a minimum. Implement proactive compliance control activities according to plans or specialized topics. Perform data analysis, compliance control reports, point out weaknesses and risks, and support system improvement ideas in the area in charge.
Job Responsibilities
- Support the development of periodic/unscheduled compliance control plans/under the direction of the Board of Directors to ensure compliance with Laws, Labor Regulations, Policies/Procedures/Decisions/ Instructions on work implementation at blocks/departments/divisions.
- Make action plans, organize implementation, monitor and evaluate compliance control implementation of the area in charge.
- Execute Compliance Control activities with specialized officers from departments/functional units. Assess the processes, regulations, policies, internal guidelines that have been issued, as well as legal regulations and their practical application in the company's factories and departments
- Build a record of violations in the area in charge, train compliance control records to warn the entire system to correct, prevent, and learn from experience.
- Control, prevent, detect risks, propose and support ideas for improving Policies/Procedures/Decisions/Directions for performing work in the area of responsibility to improve production and business efficiency of the Company.
- Prepare a report analyzing nonconformities from the results of compliance control assessment in the responsible area to propose and implement improvements in business processes and standardize control mechanisms.
- Implement business process development related to assigned compliance control activities.
