JOB PURPOSE
Ensure the company complies with Social Compliance requirements from customers and Legal Requirements.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Execute accurate, objective and high quality social compliance audits/ consultancies by following all requirements indicated in the customer specific procedures, auditor training and management directives
- Represent the company with integrity, professionalism and skill when conducting social compliance audits/ consultancies.
- Prioritize, plan and organize work efficiently to deliver first rate audit services, follow up and end such as audit caps, recaps, reports and other specific reporting tools
- Provide support, communication and training as needed to your partner(s).
QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
- Experience Level: 4 years
- Possession of 4 years college degree.
- Interest in international labor standards, human rights & environmental issues
- Willingness and ability to travel
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Excellent oral communication skills
- Excellent mathematical skills and analytical skills. Creative and innovative thinking to problem solve and streamline processes.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
PREFERRED SKILLS
- Profession: Industrial Engineering & Environmental, Security and Hygiene, International Relationships.
Fluently in English
- Learn and understand: Local labor, wage and safety laws; labor contracts; client codes of conduct; and international human rights standards (such as WRAP, ISO 8000, SMETA, BETTER WORK...)
- Viability to travel around Vietnam and other countries if required.
