Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Construction Intern role located in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. The Construction Intern will be responsible for assisting with construction tasks, architectural assessments, and fixed asset control.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office for documentation and reporting will also be required for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support for site survey (measurement, taking photos)
• Support for drawing (making existing plan, new layout, 3d)
• Support for construction document (contract/purchase order, payment, site hand over...).
• Support for fixed asset control (fixed asset transfer & count).
• Support for maintenance work weekly.
• Support for new store/refit supervision (if any).
• Other task as per instructions.

Qualifications

• Final year student about construction/interior/MEP. Male is a plus.
• Good at office application (work, excel, power point, internet, AutoCAD & 3d application).
• Good at time management, document control.
• Active, agile, sociable, careful, and willing to learn travel or work at nightshift if need.
• Working time: Fulltime from Monday to Friday
• Working location: Watsons (Vietnam), 14th Floor, 285 Cch Mng Thng Tm, Phng 12, Qun 10, HCMC
• Internship period: 3 months to 6 months

Other:

- Allowance: VND5,000,000 per month

- Could be coached by Construction Supervisor with more than 10 years experience in store's

construction field
