Maintain the Listing of the retail sellers/SBS sellers (Service by Shopee)/Focus sellers to make sure to have the best fulfillment journey.
Maintain the Listing and Content for overseas sellers to give the best information to sellers on the platform.
Manage the Retail Listing & Content and work closely with BD & other stakeholders (BD team, warehouse, sourcing, Listing, etc.)
Create/Edit the listing based on the information requested by the BD team.
Proactive review of the listing when there is an issue relating to the platform policy
Support BD for urgent tasks related to edit listing
Consult the BD team to set up the product on the Shopee platform
Monitor BPO results and BPO performance
Coordinate with relevant teams for Cross-Border product translation projects and maintain the translation quality (both human and machine translation).
Support other projects to achieve the profitability targets
Requirements
At least 1 - 2 years of quantitative experience in a dynamic environment
Can collaborate and work well within and with other teams
Familiar to work in a fast-paced, agile environment
High attention to detail
Good in MS Office program and proficient in Excel
Good communication skills and stakeholder management
