A Content Manager is responsible for creating of multiple forms of contents to serve different purpose from brand preference to sales support to increase customer-base. His or her duties include coordinate with design team to create contents to highlight products and services and reviewing competitor content and market trends to identify new content ideas.

This position will be the key role for understanding the umbrella idea & direction, implementing, tracking and ensuring the relevancy & engagement level of different format of contents.

This position will report to Media Senior Manager and taking an individual expertise role within the team structure.

Job purpose

Job Accountability

  • Collaborate with marcom and design teams to plan and develop site content, style and layout
  • Create and publish engaging contents for different audiences
  • Liaise with social team & brand team to ensure brand consistency
  • Ensure compliance with law (e.g. copyright, data protection, content governance)
  • Stay up-to-date with developments and generate new ideas to draw audience's attention
  • Ensure all the content achieve the give engagement & retention KPIs

Job Responsibility

  • Understand the industry nature, business requirement and customer insight
  • Understand marketing tactics and application to translate it into different type of content format.
  • Coordinate with media team for the up-to-date and right approach on social & other media channels
  • Coordinate with other stakeholders to keep updated on progress as well as being aware for any changes that may affection into the end goal
  • Agile mindset and be able to adapt with fast change and confidently steps into the unknown.

Job Qualification

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field
  • Fluent in English and Vietnamese
  • Advance in Vietnamese literature & application
  • Required competencies & proficiency: Customer Insight Creative thinking, Digital Marketing Stakeholder Management
  • At least 4 years of experience working in multi-national Customer/ Marketing Dept.
