JOB DESCRIPTION

The Day-to-Day Activities:

Website Content:

• Develop and execute content plans for daily website articles.
• Conduct thorough keyword research to identify search intent and optimize content for search engines to drive organic traffic.
• Write clear, concise, and engaging articles that educate and inform our target audience.
• Select relevant and visually appealing assets (images, videos, infographics) to enhance website articles

Social Media Content:

• Develop engaging and shareable content for various social media platforms (TikTok, Youtube).
• Develop content formats including text, images, videos, and interactive elements.
• Execute brand-appropriate content (write scripts, title and description for video production) ensuring they capture the audience's attention and align with content strategy.
• Stay informed of the latest trends in social media algorithms, platform features, and user behaviors.
• Adapt content strategies based on current social media landscapes.

In-app content:

• Craft concise and targeted content for app push notifications, ensuring maximum user engagement.

Data-driven analytics:

• Track and analyze the organic performance of social media, public relations, and content marketing activities and provide data-driven recommendations to optimize strategy and improve results.

The Weekly/Monthly Activities:

PR Content:

• Create, implement, and manage public relations programmes that are in line with the company's vision and business objectives to generate positive brand awareness.

Cross-functional Collaboration:

• Work with cross-functional regional and local teams to deliver campaigns and timelines
• Work with video and design team to plan and ability to make things happen quickly with teams.
• And other tasks as assigned by Line Manager

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Minimum 3 years of experience in scale of digital marketing projects within stock, crypto, fintech industry

Excellent writing skills with a strong grasp of SEO best practices

Strong understanding of various social media platforms and their algorithms

Strong time management skills; ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, and to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously

Fluency in both English and Vietnamese

Highly self-motivated, independent and well-organised

Able to work under pressure and manage timelines effectively

Bonus points if you have:

• Experience with video scriptwriting and video editing software
• Familiarity with app push notification platforms
• A passion for staying up-to-date on the latest content marketing trends
• A basic knowledge of financial industry and product development (Stock, Crypto, FX)
