Job Summary
Leading and providing professional expertise for seting up and implentation of Lean and
Continuous Improvement.
Key Responsibilities
1. Provide supervision to Lean/CI team to achieve desired targets and objectives
2. Facilitate Lean/CI workshop to drive for improvements and savings.
3. Facilitate Lean/CI training to drive for culture and mindset of Lean/CI.
4. Identify and set out plan for Lean/CI activities based on operational strategy.
5. Identify improvement initiatives and projects across all aspects of operation
Requirement:
Ability to develop problem solving capacities of the Team members.
Practice SPC & basic tools regularly: PDCA, 8D, Kaizen,
Expertise in the use of Lean Tools such as: VSM, Benchmarking, Loss Stratification, SMED...
Ability to train 8 wastes and apply it regularly
Ability to train and apply management of change.
Understand all systems, practices of data management in operation.
Data driven analysis and identify improvement opportunity.
Working with all department to identify the chance of improvement
