My client is looking for a Dynamic COO( CFO) The ideal candidate will meet the following requirements:

Bilingual Proficiency: Fluent in both English and Vietnamese, enabling effective communication across all levels of the organization.

Extensive Experience: Preferably 20 years of experience in relevant industries such as FMCG, healthcare and manufacturing, holding significant financial positions.Candidates must come from a Finance backgrounds.

Leadership and Change Management: Capable of driving change and possessing strong management skills to lead a team of 60 professionals effectively.

IT Oversight: Experience in overseeing IT functions, demonstrating an ability to manage cross-departmental responsibilities.
