About The Role
- Managing operational activities e.g. Inspect all general office lighting, temperature control and power supply and ensure rectification if needed.
- Be familiar with company policies and establishes an outline and timetable for completion of routine duties carried out daily.
- With regular inspections of the facility, ensure highest possible facility standards and actively search for areas for improvement and make recommendations where appropriate.
- Must be able to perform troubleshooting and repair works for ACMV system on site.
- Must be able to install new AC units e.g. split units system, cassette, AHU, MV fan. Electrical hands-on experience in building construction industry will be an added advantage.
- Follow up on all ACMV maintenance schedule and complain calls.
- Co-ordinate with Site Engineer and supervisor on all maintenance and installation works
- Write service reports for completed works.
- Identify faulty parts and provide recommendation when required.
- To ensure timely completion of all preventive and corrective maintenance works as per schedule.
About You
- A good Diploma in Facilities Management, Business Administration or Real Estate is preferred.
- Minimum 3-5 years experience
- Good working knowledge of hard services and preventive maintenance procedures.
- Adept to communicate and engage with people from various cultures, background and levels.
- Attributes such as ability to work in a fast-paced environment, on 24/7 standby, proactive and sense of urgency with a can do attitude is a must.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken.
- Results driven with good track record, working attitude and posses good interpersonal skills.
- Able to communicate basic English and work under pressure at multiple job sites under tight datelines.
- Able to work independently and must also be a good team player.
