- Manage and care for the existing Small and Medium Enterprise (SME) client portfolio, as well as develop new clients.
- Implement business promotion, products, and policies of the Corporate Banking Division and Branch to customers.
- Check and monitor loan activities according to regulations.
- Monitor the capital utilization activities of clients with credit relationships.
- Implement programs to improve the quality of SME customer service and enhance customer satisfaction.

4. Salary:
- Junior Level: From 10,000,000 to 25,000,000 VND, based on productivity.
- Mid-Level: From 12,000,000 to 30,000,000 VND, based on productivity.
- Professional Level: From 15,000,000 to 35,000,000 VND, based on productivity.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance, Banking, Economics, or related fields.
- Proficiency in office software (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
- Preference for candidates with experience in Banking, Sales, Consulting, or Business Development roles.
- General understanding of banking, customer profiles, and banking products and services; ability to apply this knowledge in selling the bank's products and services.
- Knowledge of negotiation techniques, emotional recognition and regulation, and effective communication to achieve shared outcomes; ability to apply these skills in building and managing relationships that maximize value for the bank.
- Understanding of financial report analysis, credit risk, credit and lending regulations, and trends in local banking regulations and best practices. Ability to monitor, assess, and update credit ratings for clients regularly.
