Corporate Finance Analyst Senior Staff

As a corporate finance analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing key business performance metrics and identifying internal organic performance improvement opportunities. Additionally, you will work with target companies to assess M&A opportunities and make due diligence report for Management. As someone with strong financial acumen and the ability to turn numbers into insights, you will be a pivotal team member expected to help maximize shareholder value.

1. General information

- Gender : Male/Female

- Working place : Hung Yen Factory, Tan Quang commune, Van Lam District, Hung Yen province

- Working time : 7:30 to 16:15 from Monday to Friday and 2 Saturdays off per month.

- Quantity : 1 positions

2. Job Description

- Monitor and analysis monthly sales and profit progress.

- Gather and assess business performance. Explain trends and business drivers. Uncover areas that are underperforming and areas for improvement in business performance.

- Conduct internal and industry research that can be used to enable strategic planning

- Develop financial models to evaluate business initiatives and potential investments.

- Build database system and propose technology application in business management

- Support ad-hoc financial analysis and projects as needed.

3. Requirements and skills

- An appropriate qualification in Accounting or Finance.

- Exceptional analytical thinking abilities.

- Proficiency in creating customized reports.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Good command in spoken and written English
