Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage a robust risk management framework tailored to our large-scale real estate projects.
- Work with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to identify, assess, and mitigate risks at every project phase.
- Ensure regulatory compliance, crisis management readiness, and business continuity across our operations.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 7-10+ years in risk management, preferably in real estate or property development or FMCG or Services Industry
- Education: Bachelor's in Finance, Risk Management, or related field (Master's or relevant certifications a plus).
- Skills: Strong analytical skills, strategic thinking, and knowledge of risk frameworks (e.g., COSO, ISO 31000).
