Costing Executive (Garment/ Footwear)

Responsibilities

• Develop strategies for department and business unit costing to align with company goals, involving the costing team in improvement initiatives.
• Manage the costing schedule for business units and factories, ensuring accurate cost information is delivered to the brand.
• Negotiate with manufacturers on costs related to materials, components, processes, labor, and overhead to meet product margin requirements.
• Collaborate with the BU Development and Materials teams and manufacturers during teardown meetings, offering cost-saving options to meet targets.
• Prepare reports and contribute to discussions within the BU Costing team in an organized manner.
• Coach and mentor BU Costing team members and factory staff on costing procedures and policies.

Qualifications

• Graduated from University/ Collegewith related major
• Having 06years of experience in a similar position in the footwear field
