Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related fields.
- Possess professional certifications like CPA or ACCA (preferred).
- At least 10 years of experience in financial management and controlling roles, ideally within the hospitality or real estate industry.
- Possesses experience in multi-property management
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of financial accounting principles, IFRS, and local regulations.
- Possess proven experience in financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis.
- Be highly proficient in financial systems and software, including ERP systems like SAP or Oracle.
- Exhibit excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with a keen eye for detail.
- Demonstrate strong leadership and management skills, capable of motivating and developing a team.
- Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with stakeholders.
- Have a proactive mindset and a proven track record of driving process improvements and implementing best practices.
