Key Responsibilities:
Team & System development
- Leading the maintenance team to deliver expectation and department KPI
- Manage team to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
- Establishes, implements, and maintains administrative policies, Maintenance system, procedures, and standards.
- Build up department goals and objectives, evaluate staff performance, and coach and develop staff.
- Analyzes and solves maintenance-related problems with the assistance of subordinate managers and department personnel.
- Coordinate well with the Plant Managers, HUB team and functional departments to support, discuss and resolve issues.
- Develop process maintenance system based on risk and reliability management principle
- Build the technical documentation for training and coaching maintenance team
- Conduct training and coaching team for technical knowledge.
- Develop and approve technical specifications for equipment purchase
Maintenance management
- Build and manage annual budget of repair & maintenance for the factories.
- Responsible for maintaining all machines, equipment and factory buildings in line with required & company standards.
- Manage technical store to ensure spare parts available for maintenance and troubleshooting activities.
- Build up the system and preventive maintenance plan to manage maintenance activities.
- Ensure machine historical database are available and reliable.
- Perform weekly and monthly report.
Equipment improvement
- Responsible for the design and implementation of manufacturing process and equipment
- Responsible for operation excellence via efficient equipment design
- Ensure continuous improvement in process, cost, quality and production.
- Leading the equipment improvement activities.
- Coordinate with relevance department for installation, commissioning and handover new equipment.
- Works closely with the Maintenance and production team to ensure the maintainability of new installations by implementing an effective predictive and preventative program.
- Ensure that the process standards, procedures and specifications are in place for the assets.

Requirements:
- Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related field
- Minimum 10 years of experience, in which 3 years in same position in food industry
- Strong presentation, written, and communication skill
- Strong organizational skills
- Able to manage multiple tasks.
- Experience with HSE, food quality standards: ISO, AIB, IFS, BRC
- Ability to travel between factories.
- Must be competent with CAD, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, MS Project
