OUR CLIENT

Our client, a ride-hailing business, is expanding its operations to Indonesia as part of its international expansion strategy.

The role of a Country Manager for their operations in Indonesia is crucial. This position will require overseeing the launch and growth of their ride-hailing services, liaising with local governments and regulatory bodies, and building a team to support the company's ambitious goals.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead the establishment and expansion of ride-hailing services in Indonesia.
• Build and manage local teams for operations, marketing, customer service, and compliance.
• Liaise with government and regulatory bodies to ensure compliance with local laws and regulations.
• Develop strategies for market penetration and growth, including partnerships with local businesses and communities.
• Manage budgets, forecasts, and performance reports to meet and exceed business targets.

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields. MBA preferred.
• At least 8-10 years of experience in operations, business development, or management roles, with at least 3 years in a CEO / Country Manager position.
• Experience in the ride-hailing, automotive, or tech industries is highly desirable.
• Strong leadership and team-building skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficient in English.
• Willingness to relocate to Indonesia.
