Main duties

• Manage Coupa-related AMS projects.
• Provide expert consultation to clients on Coupa best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (SAP and other solution) to ensure project success.
• Address and resolve any issues that arise during project execution.
• Support presales activities for new engagements.

Job requirement

• Local Vietnamese with Bachelor's degree or higher
• Experience with Coupa implementation and support (minimum 2 years)
• Track record in managing AMS projects.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and client management abilities.
• High fluency of English language
