What you will do:
- Develop strategies, deploy and coordinate communication activities based on the brand's business plan.
- Research the market, find insights, and evaluate and improve communication ideas for the brand.
- Organize media marketing activities to develop and strengthen engagement with the content creator community.
- Coordinate with relevant departments to come up with ideas, build strategies, and deploy communication campaigns for the brand on Social Media channels (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok...), ensuring brand value is communicated. consistent across all communication channels and tools.
- Orient and develop plans to develop social media channels & press relations for meLive network.
- Control work progress, tasks, and responsibilities of each department in implementing the brand's communication and marketing programs.
- Manage budget, periodically report and propose growth plans to direct superiors.
Your experience and expertise:
- Have at least 3 years of experience in a similar position in MCNs or companies with an agency operating model.
- Graduated with majors in marketing, economics, e-commerce, and business administration.
- Master basic and advanced knowledge of marketing and branding activities.
- Strong in brand planning and strategy, communications and media management.
- Leadership skills, independent work handling, good communication, and ability to withstand high pressure.
