What you'll do

Introduction to role

As a Creative Designer at AstraZeneca, you will prepare all technical and artistic phases of finished promotional material. You will consult with company management, product managers, the sales department, and advertising agencies to develop and implement promotional plans, recommending sales philosophy, approach, and media.

Accountabilities

Work on various design projects including static and animated visuals of campaigns, products, branding, social media content, website, online promotion, presentation decks, etc.
Monitor and conduct all project designs based on the company's branding guidelines under Vietnam rules and regulations.
Content and video editing (insertion of subtitles, adding onscreen texts, editing, etc.)
Experienced in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Lightroom, and Premiere Pro.
Able to pick up new tools and learn new tech as and when needed.
Provide suggestions on creative elements in a design; conduct simple grammar & spell checks.
Coordinate with internal and related functions to create a mutual understanding of expectations, processes, standards, and solutions.
Perform other responsibilities as assigned.
Communicate effectively in English.

Essential Skills/Experience

Degree or Diploma in Computing, Design or similar field.
A minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a graphic designer; experience in a pharmaceutical or healthcare firm is an advantage.
Experienced in designing digital assets such as web banners (for online display ads), websites (coding skills not needed), social media campaigns, and general corporate communications.
Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Lightroom, and Premiere Pro.
Clear communication skills in English (speaking, writing, and presentation).
Ability to identify and prioritize work as needed.
Independent and self-motivated.

Desirable Skills/Experience

Able to work under timeline pressures.
