CREATIVE LEADER

A Creative Leader at HEDIMA is a leadership role in advertising, marketing, design, and entertainment. The CL is responsible for shaping and overseeing the creative direction of projects, ensuring that they align with the brand's vision, strategic approach, and campaign objectives.

Duties and responsibilities

- Creative Work: Develop and communicate clear creative work for projects, campaigns, or brands.

- Creative Direction: Provide guidance and feedback to creative teams to ensure that projects align with the established vision.

- Concept Development: Generate innovative concepts and ideas that resonate with the target audience.

- Team Leadership: Lead and inspire creative teams, including designers, writers, and others.

- Project Oversight: Oversee the entire creative process, from brainstorming to execution, ensuring projects are on-brand and on-time.

- Quality Control: Maintain high creative standards and ensure the final output meets or exceeds client expectations. Ensure all creative output is consistent with the brand's identity and messaging.

- Idea Presentation: Present and pitch creative ideas and concepts to clients or stakeholders effectively.

- Client Collaboration: Collaborate closely with clients to understand their goals and expectations, presenting creative concepts and solutions.

- Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activities to inform creative strategies.

Requirements:

- Creativity: Strong creative thinking and problem-solving skills to generate innovative ideas.

- Experience: Extensive experience in creative roles, with a proven track record of successful projects.

- Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and team management abilities to inspire and guide creative team members.

- Education: A bachelor's degree in design, advertising, marketing, communication or related fields.
