Job Summary
The Creative Manager is responsible for developing concepts, generating creative ideas, writing TVC scripts, creative & advertising contents for marketing campaigns. This positions also manage and supervise TVC projects from the idea stage through production and post-production phases, ensuring that the quality of the campaigns and TVCs aligns with the assignments and guidance of the Creative Director and meets the marketing and communication goals set by the Marketing Department.
Job Responsibilities
- Develop concepts and creative ideas for each marketing communication campaign as required.
- Create and write advertising film scripts for TVC projects, including scripting, editing, filming, and producing sales brief videos, viral clips, and various other advertising content.
- Participate in TVC filming, supporting and collaborating with the Marketing team to manage and supervise the quality and progress of TVC production from the production stage, through post-production (color grading, voice recording, offline editing, final mixing, online processing), until the final TVC master is completed
- Collaborate with the Marketing and Consumer Market Insight (CMI) teams to conduct focus group discussions (FGD tests), surveys, and collect feedback from consumers
