We are looking for a Creative Sales Manager.

This candidate must be highly self-driven and eager for success in the Creative Advertising industry, with a proven track record in sales. An understanding of the creative design, commercial-print related space, and marketing experience are essential. Additionally, a basic understanding of design operations and processes is crucial for this role.

The Role:

As Creative Sales Manager at Dezigo, you will be responsible for hunting new business opportunities in creative or graphic design work for campaigns and collaterals. You are expected to generate new business leads through cold calling and develop selling strategies to expand your list of clienteles, consistently exceeding sales targets. This is initially a 3-month part-time role with the potential to extend to full-time, contingent upon good performance.

Requirements:

• Have a background and strong understanding of the creative design or commercial marketing space.
• Highly self-motivated and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Confident in engaging potential clients in conversations and presentations.
• Possesses a strong mindset in embracing new challenges and developing solutions to overcome them.
• Candidates with at least 2 years successful track record in related-industry sales preferred.
