- Product Oversight: Manage product planning and key project milestones, ensuring familiarity with software engineering principles and both waterfall and agile methodologies.
The Successful Applicant
- Tech-Driven Leadership: A hands-on leader who is adaptable, willing to tackle diverse challenges, and lead by example.
- Experience: At least 5 years in a senior management role with a record of building and scaling large platforms.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal abilities to effectively advise executive leaders and translate technical insights to business teams.
