Description:
As a Customer Care Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in fostering strong relationships with our enterprise clients. You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring their satisfaction, and contributing to the overall success of our company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Special Event Management:
- Coordinate and execute special occasions for clients and other significant events.
- Ensure that all special occasions are handled with the utmost professionalism and attention to detail.
- Collaborate with Marketing and Sales teams to result in good quality gifts for customers.
- Logistics Coordination:
- Manage the logistics of special occasion gifts and cards, and support Sales team in delivery.
- Ensure that all logistics are handled efficiently and effectively.
- Activity Planning Support:
- Assist in planning and executing various activities to strengthen relationships with clients.
- Coordinate logistics, create agendas, and ensure the smooth execution of events.
- Contribute to building a positive and collaborative atmosphere with clients and stakeholders.
- Sales Document Management:
- Maintain and update sales documents, including logos, credentials, and other relevant materials.
- Ensure that all documents are accurate, up-to-date, and professionally presented.
- CSAT Survey Coordination:
- Collaborate with the Customer Success team to coordinate customer satisfaction surveys.
- Analyze survey results and identify areas for improvement.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field
- Experience in customer relationship management (CRM) software
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Creative mindset and ability to think outside the box.
- Experience in customer marketing, customer success, sales support, or sales administration.
