Job Summary:
To support overall KPI of assigned channel to Develop & Deliver Brands objectives per Channel/Customer (including volume, revenue, profitability etc) via Brand ITM activities, customer JBPs, insight based categories development/customer development actvities
Job Responsibilities
Support to deliver Brands objectives and category development for assigned channel
Generate channel/ customer/shopper insights in related channel for assigned category.
Work with MKT/ CAT/ CD team to execute category/brand guidelines in related formats by customer based on category focus, brand J2BDs, consumer/shopper/customer insights and demand space to drive channel growth
Own execution new Launch plan and build New products in 6 months with KPI, tracking and action plans accordingly
Responsible for category development per sub channel: Pack/mix/Pricing & Promotion management and or portfolio initiatives
Tracking & monitoring the budget: D&A promotion, MKT fund, A&M, POSM production, TOT etc.
Customers JBP (Joint business plan)
Support and ensure for Insight-based Joint business planning activities per top customers, per ITM alignment
Responsible for customized big events of top customers (in JBP) fitting with channel insight/customer strategy, shopper insight & brand strategies
Work with Sales team to get feedbacks on plan and insights of market/ customers

Skills And Experience
Bachelor graduation in relevant majors.
Strong knowledge of MT/OP channel
Shopper Understanding per Sub Channel; Insight activator; Digital marketing understanding, Category Management & Development including Revenue mangagement
Brand marketing, customer marketing or sales experience in an FMCG environment
Capability in analysis channel/ brand/ price/ pack trends in related channel vs total industry.
Strategic thinking, strong analytical, problem solving skills
