Customer Support:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for inquiries and requests from parents or guardians of students.
- Offer support via phone, email using Freshdesk, and in-person interactions (serving both online and onsite customers), addressing inquiries and requests from parents or guardians of students.
- Provide 1:1 customer service via Zalo, WeChat, WhatsApp, skype and other quick chatting channels, ensuring timely and helpful assistance.
- Establish groups for each customer family to implement a direct customer service model.
Help Desk Management:
- Manage the help desk for parents or guardians, addressing concerns, resolving issues, and escalating complex matters.
Communication Coordination:
- Coordinate communication efforts internally and externally to ensure clarity, consistency, and alignment with organizational goals.
- Support customers in the residence permit process.
- Follow up on students study status.
Data Management:
- Manage and maintain data accurately in relevant systems.
- Perform simple data analysis to support decision-making and improve processes.
- Generate reports and provide insights based on data trends.
Administrative Support:
- Assist with administrative tasks as needed, including data entry, document preparation, and scheduling.
Action Plan Development:
- Develop and implement action plans for handling various scenarios, including responses to common questions and concerns.
Product Transition Facilitation:
- Facilitate the transition between our different products, such as from FRESH to FAST, providing support and guidance throughout the process.
Enrollment Management:
- Monitor and manage enrollment inquiries, providing information about upcoming groups, available spaces, and registration procedures.
Collaboration with Staff:
- Collaborate with teachers and staff members to gather relevant information for communication materials, such as logbooks and newsletters.
- Update students statuses in Salesforce/Ikon/logbooks/lists.
- Support students struggling with their studies, contacting the family in case of too many absences.
- Reassign students and handle operations in pausing/withdrawing/quitting situations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
- Previous experience in customer service or a similar role preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal (in English and Vietnamese).
- Proficiency in Burmese is a plus.
- At least 1 year of relevant experience in Customer Support especially from international education will be a plus.
- Knowledge of the education or childcare industry is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and responsibilities.
- Knowledge of the education or childcare industry is a plus.
- Experience with data management and analysis tools is highly desirable
