- Receive incoming calls (inbound) requesting support from customers 24/7 via Hotline, eMail, Chat, Fanpage channels to answer customers questions about services/products

- Teleteller: Support customers with transactions at the VTM system (Livebank)

- Coordinate with departments in TPBank's Call Center to promptly handle customer problems

Job Requirement

- Male, Female from 20-30 years old

- Experienced in customer service, call center, banking or finance

- Standard, easy-to-listen voice, good communication

- Proficient in office software

- Enthusiastic, hard-working, eager to learn.

- Dynamic, flexible, responsible and able to withstand high pressure.

- Meet the shift rotation time according to the bank's arrangement.
