Job description:
.. Manage the branch's Customer Service Department and ensure transactions at the counter with the highest quality of service
.. Provide products products/services of the bank according to customer requirements.
.. Control accounting and internal accounting work arising at the branch, manage treasury work at the unit, ensure the operation of the Customer Service Department complies with the regulations and procedures of the Bank and the State Bank.
.. Ensure maintenance and monitoring of operations at the branch, ensure that transaction officers/customer consultants... always focus on customers to provide high quality services.
.. Implement business plans, targets on mobilization, insurance, credit cards, accounts, ...
.. Perform tasks assigned by the Branch Director.
Requirements:
.. Graduated from university majoring in banking, finance and accounting or Business schools
.. Deep understanding of retail banking services, at least 3 years of experience in the position of Customer Service Department/Division Manager at banks.
.. Good communication, management and planning skills.
.. Ability to train and coach employees.
