Job Description:
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, assisting them with inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a high level of satisfaction. Your communication skills and problem-solving abilities will play a vital role in enhancing our customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
- Provide accurate information regarding products and services.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently and effectively.
- Maintain a positive and professional demeanor in all interactions.
- Document customer interactions and feedback in the CRM system.

- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and company policies.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
- Previous customer service experience is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
- Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
