Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Staff. As a Customer Service Staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support and ensuring customer satisfaction. Your day-to-day tasks will include handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and delivering a positive customer experience. As follows:
- Execute customer's service requirements from Bookings, Cargo movement to Data Transmission, Documentation and Invoicing.
- Cooperate with worldwide agents to handle shipments.
- Handle documentation for all kinds of shipments (export and import, air & sea freight, sea consol until close file.
- Problem solving in order to improve service delivery standards and minimize cost impacts.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and feedback to customers in professional manner.
- Prepare reports, update system timely and accurately.
- Understand and comply with Daily Management Process to ensure our world class service.
- Seek continuous improvement in daily operations.
Qualifications
- Customer Support, Customer Service, and Customer Experience.
- Experience over 1 year in the field: Freight forwarding/Logistics.
- Graduated from University/College in Foreign Economic Relations, International Business and some related professions.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability wto prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work well in a team.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Fluency in Vietnamese and English.
- Experience in the logistics or freight forwarding industry is a plus.
