We are Tietex Vietnam, established in 2023 in Nhon Trach II to expand our Tietex business in Vietnam for mainly shoe components like Strobel, cut parts of Strobel to Nike factories in Vietnam.
Responsibilities & requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the customer service Position
- Knowledge and experience of local trading, customs declaration, transactions, payment, invoices
- Have good negotiation skills to deal with tight lead time from customers.
- Control the delivery plan and meet the deadline to deliver goods to customers by proactively collaborating with customers, delivery providers, and an internal supplier to control all deliveries.
- Well organized with good verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
- Can work independently and be a team player.
- Demonstrate good judgment and good problem-solving skills.
- Can commute to the workplace at Nhon Trach II, Dong Nai on her/his own.
- Experience in setting up customer service teams for new companies is an advantage.
Qualifications
- Minimum bachelor's degree in economics, trading, or a related field
- Excellent computer skills (MS Office, Internet, and ERP)
- Fluently in English in both speaking and writing, can communicate in Chinese is an advantage.
