Job Description

Our Client Is An International Trading Company To Support For Manufacturers With Electronics Related Parts Who Is Looking For Qualified Candidate To Join Their Firm

PO & Stock Calculation

  • Check the customer's prediction once a week to see the trend.
  • Figure out how much stock you have now so that you can place new orders with the right amount of time and materials.

Shipment Arrangement

  • Book a flight or boat.
  • Send out the shipping paperwork.
  • Follow custom clearance, inbound-outbound process.
  • Pay for tax if have.

Collection and Report

  • Collect original document monthly.
  • Make monthly sales plan, cashflow or other report as requested.

Communication and Negotiation

  • Communicate well with all parties to give the best solution & cost saving.
  • Deal with forwarders to get better rate.

Requirements

Other duties are assigned by the Manager.

  • 1-2 years of experience in purchasing, logistics or similar position
  • Proficiency in Microsoft office
  • Strong customer service and problem-solving skills
  • Attention to details.
