KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Responsible for answering inbound calls/emails/chats and resolving customers queries related in pre & post journey
  • Work with relevant stakeholders such as Bus Companies for fulfillment of tickets booked.
  • Document all interactions (calls, messages, emails) with customers and other external stakeholders.
  • Working with other departments, such as marketing and sales, to improve the customer experience
  • Building and maintaining relationships with customers

REQUIREMENTS

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Spoken and written knowledge of English and Vietnamese
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Able to work in shifts (including weekends and there could be a need to work the night shift)
  • Educational Qualification: Bachelor's Degree
  • Years of Experience: 0-3 years experience
