Job Description

  • Implement the plan of post-transaction control activities at the counter and credit support.
  • Control the clarity, completeness and honesty of the content recorded on the vouchers, the legality and validity of the arising economic transactions, control the accuracy of data and information on the vouchers
  • Check all daily transactions, compare with the List of transactions extracted from the system
  • Record the errors of the violating units and monitor the improvement status of the units
  • Manage and store vouchers
  • Maintain the error checking of transactions of the sales representatives and cashiers, evaluate the error rate and compliance level of each sales representative and cashier of the units
  • Make periodic reports on Transaction errors and reporting to the Team Leader when detecting signs of operational risks.
  • Participate in periodic or surprise inspections, cross-inspections, and thematic inspections assigned by the team and the Department.
  • Other tasks as assigned by the Management Staff

Job Requirement

  • University degree or higher, priority given to majors in economics, finance, banking
  • At least 2 years of experience in the field of Counter and Treasury Transactions. Priority is given to candidates who have experience in post-control at other banks.
  • Understanding of the software systems of the Bank
  • Understanding of the fields of Credit Support, Accounting, Funds, Customer Services...
  • Mastering related processes and operations
  • Understanding of related products and services, and associated risks
  • Having skills to organize and implement work
  • Having skills to work in a team, work independently
  • Having communication skills
  • Having skills to check and control
