Job Description:
- Communicate and introduce high-end real estate products distributed by the company (e.g., Shophouse, Nam O Heritage project) to customers, understand customer needs, and provide consultancy to help customers connect with desired properties.
- Seek new customer sources and maintain existing customer relationships.
- Master product and project information, and update sales policies and programs.
- Report to the Manager on customer demands, interests, competitor activities, and potential opportunities for business development.
Requirements:
- College or university degree in relevant fields.
- At least 5 years of experience selling high-end real estate and resort properties in the Central region, with customer service experience.
- Strong communication skills, attention to detail, adaptability, and ability to work under high pressure.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Conversational English.
Working Hours and Benefits:
- Team Leader: Gross salary of 12-15 million VND
- Executive: Gross salary of 9-10 million VND
- Commission: Based on company policy
- Lunch allowance: 1.3 million VND/month, Phone allowance: 200,000 VND/month
- Working hours: 6 days a week (morning: 8:00 - 12:00, afternoon: 13:00 - 17:00), with one day off per week as scheduled by the manager.
