RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Improving Payment Advice and Operation process based on analysis and observation.
- Data mining and ad-hoc analysis.
- Reading reports; tracking payment advice, operation performance and be able to react.
- Proactively proposing changes and recommendations to stakeholders.
- Supporting efficiently all Payment Advice and Operation departments.
- Understanding and monitoring segmentation models, potentially support building new ones.
- Maintenance of SQL jobs and procedures.
- Maintaining regular reporting for Payment Advice / Operations departments.
- Managing data exploration projects, defining insights and developing solutions.
REQUIREMENTS:
Must-have:
- At least 2-3 years of experience as a Data Analyst or equivalent data-related positions.
- Advanced experience with SQL, data extraction and manipulation.
- Advanced analytical, statistical and logical thinking skills.
- Strong project management and stakeholder management skills.
- Intermediate English skills.
Nice-to-have:
- Experience with Power BI or any other data visualization tools.
- Ability to utilize Python and good understanding of segmentation/prediction model.
- Experience with API.
- Experience working with Hadoop or relevant Big Data systems.
