The ideal candidate will be responsible for leveraging first-party data to drive strategic decision-making and improve customer and partner engagement.

- Design, develop, and maintain performance dashboards, reports, and visualizations to effectively communicate insights.
- Optimize data storage, connectivity, and retrieval processes, ensuring robust and scalable technology solutions.
- Implement rigorous data quality and integrity measures to guarantee accurate and reliable analytics outputs.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation to enhance data analytics operations.
- Ensure strict compliance with data privacy and security regulations.
- Develop and implement data-driven strategies to boost customer and partner engagement, satisfaction, and retention.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure data accuracy and consistency across CRM and PRM platforms.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred.
- Proven experience in data analytics and managing CRM and PRM systems.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to turn data into actionable insights.
- Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or equivalent platforms.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams.
- Prior experience in a managerial or leadership role is preferred.
