Job Purpose:
- The Data Analytics Product Manager is crucial within the D&T department at HEINEKEN International, spearheading the APAC Data & Analytics Hub. It is central to operationalizing our strategy of establishing standardized and scalable data foundations across the region and enterprise. Renowned for delivering cutting-edge innovation, robust technology, and advanced analytics, the D&T department equips HEINEKEN with a significant technological advantage, aligning with our ambitious organizational goals.
- The role in as part of the APAC Data & Analytics Hub is critical in Heineken to operationalise our strategy of standardised and scalable analytics products across the region and enterprise. The role holder will lead the development and deployment of innovative analytics products that create and/or increase business value. An APM leads communication of analytics outputs with functional stakeholders acting as bridge between functional and analytics teams. The APM shares insights and collaborates with functional stakeholders to identify and scope new use case opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
Analytics Product Development
- Own and manage the end-to-end product lifecycle from concept to launch, including market needs, product vision, and strategy.
- Develop detailed product requirements and specifications for innovative analytics products (alongside the product owner).
- Work closely with data scientists, engineers, and UX designers to drive product development in a lean/agile environment.
- Create transparent communication to manage stakeholder engagement, validating product concepts and optimizing product development.
- Evaluate competitive offerings to ensure that our analytics product maintains its leadership in the marketplace.
Analytics Product Deployment
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth product deployment (inc. change management)
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure that product solutions are aligned with business needs
- Work closely with customer-facing teams to develop and implement training and support materials
- Measure product performance and optimize based on gathered data and user feedback
Job Requirements:
Education & Experience:
- MSc/PhD in a quantitative related field; equivalent work experience accepted.
- 8+ years in a Product/ Tech/ Consulting or Analytics role and 3+ years of management experience
- Strong communication, project and stakeholder management & structured problem solving.
- Proven ability to develop product strategies and effectively communicate recommendations to non-technical audiences and executive management.
- Experience working in an agile environment (e.g. user stories, iterative development, etc.). Experience working with JIRA.
- Able to translate analysis and conclusions into actionable recommendations that delivery business value.
- Demonstrated ability to effectively manage and prioritise multiple projects across the team and deliverables.
- Proven experience in managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle.
- Highly proficient in MS Office.
- Excellent written and verbal English and local language.
